Delete Your LootSaver Account
LootSaver gives users control over their account and financial data. You can request full account deletion or ask us to remove specific categories of data without deleting your account.
Delete your full account
- Open the LootSaver app.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data.
- Select Delete my account.
- Review the deletion notice and confirm your request.
You may also request account deletion by contacting support@lootsaver.com.
What happens when you delete your account
When your account is deleted, LootSaver deletes or disconnects your LootSaver account profile, household membership, household financial profile data, linked financial account connections, imported and synced financial account data, transactions, assets, bills, goals, plans, recommendations, scenarios, and app activity associated with your account or household.
Data we may retain
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, abuse-prevention, audit, or operational integrity reasons. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used to provide ongoing product functionality.
Partial data deletion
You may request deletion of some data without deleting your account, including removing linked financial accounts, deleting imported transaction data, deleting goals or planning data, resetting app financial data associated with your profile or household, or requesting a custom deletion review.
To request partial deletion, open the LootSaver app and go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data, or contact support.
Processing time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days unless additional time is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
