Why am I having trouble connecting an account?

Connection issues can come from institution availability, expired consent, or temporary Plaid or bank-side interruptions. If a connection does not recover, contact support for help.

Does LootSaver store my bank credentials?

No. LootSaver does not receive or store your banking credentials. Account authentication is handled through Plaid and the connected institution flow.

How do I request account deletion?

Use the account deletion instructions on the Delete Account page or contact support@lootsaver.com if you need help completing the request.
